For Deposits - if contact amount is over $10,000 - 10% deposit required

                         if contract amount is under $10,000 - 35% deposit required  

                ** All Deposits Are Non-Refundable**

For Monthy Payments - 10% payment on balance is required; or enter amount as outlined in contract. 

 

If late please add 5% late fee for a total of 15% required to keep contract in good standing.

All payments must be made by 3rd Friday of each month to avoid late fee.
