Floral ** Aisle Decor, Altar Backdrop * Wedding Party of 24 - Bridal bouquet w/ toss away, Bridesmaids bouquets, Groomsmen, Father's, Grand Father's , Ring Bearer and Ushers Boutonnieres,  Corsages for Mother's, Grand Mother's and Hostess's, Loose Flowers for Flower Girl.

Reception Decor ** Package includes linen for all tables, table decor and accents, centerpieces w/ votive and accent candles, chair sashes w/brooches or closures

Catering ** Includes  Wedding Cake, 1 meat, 1 vegetable, 1 starch, dinner roll w/ butter, lemon water and coffee with your choice of lemonade or sweet tea and condiments. 

Candy Station ** includes but not limited to: 60" round; or 4 ft to 6 ft rectangular table w/ matching linen required by event.  Display containers, candy, and or cupcakes of choice.  Decor and accessories that meets the party theme  (5-7 candies – 6-10 jars)

Adult Themed Parties 100

Every one loves a excellent executed themed party; and we offer so many options for your pleasure! 

we plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives. We will execute a suggestive plan to enhance the event’s success, prepare budgets and ensure adherence, source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers. We are in charge of hiring all vendors (DJ, Caterer etc.) etc...  We coordinate all operations, supervise all vendors; and approve all aspects before the day of the event. We ensure event is completed to run smoothly and will work diligently to resolve any problems that might occur. Party types include Mardi Gras, Murder Mystery, Casino, Birthday Celebrations, Bacholar and Bacholarette Parties, Bridal and Baby Showers.

Ideal for those who have planned almost everything but as you get closer, you're ready to hand over the reins so you can enjoy the last few weeks of engaged bliss.  We handle all vendor communication, logistics & narrow in on creating a custom timeline to establish your perfect day.  We execute your happily ever after with unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime!

Initial Meetings and Communication

  • 1 hr. Consultation

  • (1) Wedding Planning Meeting (up to 2 hrs.) Four Weeks prior to wedding

  • Ceremony Rehearsal Direction (1 hour)

Coordination Services

  • Creation of Wedding Day Timelines 4 Weeks Prior to the Wedding

  • Distribution of Wedding Day Timelines to Vendors and Family

  • Vendor Confirmation 1-2 weeks Prior to the Wedding

  • Vendor Confirmation 48 hours Prior to the Wedding

  • Day of Wedding Coordination & Execution (Up to 10 Hours)

  • Coordinate Day of Vendor Payments

  • Approve all aspects before the day of the event

We are in charge of hiring all vendors (DJ, Caterer etc.) etc...  We coordinate all operations, supervise all vendors; and approve all aspects before the day of the event. We ensure event is completed to run smoothly and will work diligently to resolve any problems that might occur.  
Floral ** Boutonnieres, Corsages for Mother's, Grand Mother's and Hostess's. Boutonnieres for Father’s, Grandfather’s and Escorts. 
Fresh or Paper Floral Walls w fillers  that may include hoop fixtures or canopies - All floral types are available in any color- tailored made for your event, with all accessories setting the color of themed event. 
Decor ** Package includes linen for all tables, decor and accents, centerpieces w/ votive and accent candles, designer chairs, sashes w/brooches or closures
Catering ** Includes Cake, Entrée, Vegetable, Starch, Dinner Roll w/ Butter, Lemon Water, Coffee with your choice of Lemonade or Sweet Tea and all other condiments: and or you may customize your menu for an additional $5 per plate.
