Service Description

Includes event planning; we plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives. We will execute a suggestive plan to enhance the event’s success, prepare budgets and ensure adherence, source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers. We are in charge of hiring all vendors (DJ, Caterer etc.) etc... We coordinate all operations, supervise all vendors; and approve all aspects before the day of the event. We ensure event is completed to run smoothly and will work diligently to resolve any problems that might occur. Our concentration of service are; but not limited to Weddings and Receptions, all Parties (no matter the size or age), Bridal and Baby Showers. Package also includes: Floral ** Fresh or Paper Floral Walls w fillers that may include hoop fixtures or canopies - All floral types are available in any color- tailored made for your event, with all accessories setting the color of themed event. Decor ** Package includes linen for all tables, decor and accents, centerpieces w/ votive and accent candles, designer chairs, sashes w/brooches or closures Catering ** Includes Cake, Entrée, Vegetable, Starch, Dinner Roll w/ Butter, Lemon Water, Coffee with your choice of Lemonade or Sweet Tea and all other condiments: and or you may customize your menu for an additional $5 per plate. Candy Station ** includes but not limited to 60" round; or 4 ft to 6 ft rectangular table w/ matching linen required by event. Display Containers, Candy, and or Cupcakes of choice. Decor and Accessories that meets the party theme (5-7 candies – 6-10 jars) ADULTS ONLY *** Bar Services ** up to 5 types of Liquor, 4 types of Beers, 1 of each Red and White Wine, 2 types of Mixed Drinks, 2 Customized Drinks, Pineapple, Green and Black Olives, Cherries, Lemons, Limes, Cups, Napkins. Invitations - Save the Dates and RSVP w/ Return Envelopes up to 50 Venue Rental- up to $2000 Photography - up to $2000 DJ Services w/ Up Lighting and 360 Photobooth - up to $1500 Staff, Delivery, Setup and Clean Up
